I think I was about 3 or 4 years old before my memory began to develop. But even at that early age I sensed there was a God. That sense of knowing has influenced everything in my life. In the 57th year of my life I met the Master. This Prodigal had come home to stay. Why would God ever call someone like me to tell the gospel story by writing Christian Novels? It is still a mystery to me because I have always been a builder by trade. But the call was unmistakable and sure.
From the very first time I picked up the pen and began writing my first novel, I felt the unseen presence of God. Thus 'The Haunting of Downing Chapel' was born.
